Preston Joseph Hebert Sr., 77, a native of Raceland, La., and a resident of Lafourche Crossing, La., died Monday, October 27, at 7:10 a.m.
He is survived by his son, Preston J. Hebert Jr.; brothers, Euclad “Poochie” Hebert and Wilson “Bay” Hebert; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eve Babin Hebert; and parents, Walton and Jane Estevan Hebert.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 29, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Thibodaux, La., with mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
