Prudhome Joseph “P.J.” Trahan, 87, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012.
Mr. Trahan was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and retired from Exxon with 43 years of dedicated service. After retiring he became the CEO of Chick’s Bait Shop in Golden Meadow, La. He was a faithful attendee of Manresa Retreat House.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Frances Trahan; daughters, Alice Bourg, Kathie Martin and Fran Love; sisters, Beulah Martin and Jeanette Breaux; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Euzebe Trahan; and brother, Ira Trahan.
Interment was at Franklin Cemetery. (Ibert’s)
