Ray Andrew Picard Sr., 66, a resident of Franklin, La., died at 6:40 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011.
Mr. Picard was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary Picard; children, Ray Jr. and Randy (Margo) Picard and Michelle (Trent) Prados; brother, Rivers Picard; sisters, Elizabeth Migues and Joyce Champagne; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand and Clevelia Picard; brother, Raymond Picard Sr.; and sisters, May Comeaux, Florence Bourque and Hazel Ortez.
Burial was at Franklin Cemetery. (Ibert’s)
