June 17, 2010Raymond Joseph Plaisance Sr., 79, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Saturday, June 12, 2010.
Mr. Plaisance was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He enjoyed gardening and hard work.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Cantrelle Plaisance; son, Raymond Joseph Plaisance Jr.; daughters, Trudy P. Lopez (Pete), Julie P. Williams (Coy), Jennifer P. Lindner (Dennis) and Patty P. Lebeouf (Dwight); brothers, Nolan and Elton Plaisance; sister, Evolia P. Curole; five grandchildren, Paul Rousse Jr., Courtney D. Dufresne, Leah L. Callais, Trista Lebeouf and Raymond Plaisance III; and one great-grandson, Heath Callais.
He is buried at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Larose, La.
