Raymond L. “Saddam” Villar, 67, a native of Prairieville, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday Feb. 15, 2011.
He was survived by his wife, Yelda K. Villar; daughter, Esra Villar; brother, Jeff Villar; and sister, Dolly Jarreau.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyce & Winnie Richardson Villar; and brothers, Shelly, Merton, Henry and Roy Villar. (Samart-Mothe)
