Richard Robertson, 43, a native of New Orleans, La. and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, December 06, 2006.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time Monday, December 11, 2006 at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Raceland. The Religious service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Church. Burial will be in Young Ladies Benevolent Cemetery in Raceland.

He is survived by his wife Delise Robertson of Thibodaux; parents, Randolph Jr. and Beatrice Robertson of Raceland; two sons, Richard Nelson of Larose and Terrence Ingram of Thibodaux; two stepsons, Victor Nelson of Larose and Dale Ingram of Thibodaux; two daughters, Ortelle Nelson of Raceland and Benita Nelson of Larose; two stepdaughters, Marshell Ingram and Tawana Ingram of Thibodaux; five brothers, Felton Robertson and Nelson Robertson of Thibodaux, Earl Robertson, Randolph Robertson III and Donald Robertson of Raceland; eight sisters, Catherine Stuart of Biloxi, Miss., Jeannette Vitar of New Iberia, Jenelle Richards of Macon, Georgia, Necola Robertson of Houston, Texas, Beatrice Margaret Robertson, Tracy Robertson, Demetrius Robertson and Shantell Robertson of Raceland.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Steven, Jason, and Ernest Robertson; two sisters, Donna and Lisa Robertson; grandparents, Louis and Agnes Bourda and Randolph Sr., and Louise Robertson.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
