Rita Mary H. Pitre, 89, a native and longtime resident of Morgan City, La., died Saturday, April 23, 2011.
She is survived by her children, R. D. Pitre III, Stephanie Roy, Marsha Arcemont and Ray Pitre; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R. D. Pitre Jr.; parents, Joseph and Junietta Hebert; and brother, Ralph Hebert.
She is interred at West Lawn in Gretna, La.
