Robert Charles Gonzales, Sr., 71, a native of Mathews, La., and a resident of Lockport, La., died Wednesday, August 6, at 10:42 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Helen D. Gonzales; sons, Kenny, Dave and Robie Gonzales; daughters, Lisa Knight and Angie Neely; brother, Nolan “Butch” Gonzales, Jr.; sister, Joan Badon; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan Sr. and Ruby W. Gonzales; and brother, Ronald Gonzales.
He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, August 11, at First Baptist Church in Lockport with a memorial service to follow.
Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of the arrangements.
