Rochelle “RW” William Davis, 81, a native of Canton, Miss., and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011.
Mr. Davis was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Davis; sons, Billy (Stella) and John (Denise) Davis; daughters, Edith (Paul) Lirette, Dianne (McKinley) Brossette, Wanda (Glenn) Clements, Pearl Davis and Annette (Pat) Scott; brother, Ollie Davis; sister, Dimple Watson; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Pearl Davis; brothers, Charles, Arthur, John Jr. and Alfred Davis; and sisters, Gladys Futrell, Agnes Price, Selma Holder and Opal Davis. (Falgout)
