Roland “Bubba” P. Dugas Jr., 57, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Hahnville, La., died Sunday, May 11.
He is survived by his wife, Susan T. Dugas; sons, Ryan P. Dugas and Paul J. Dugas of Riverview, Fl.; daughter, Roxanne Thomas of Hahnville; and sisters, Jeanie Thoreson Miller and husband, Reed, of Princeton, Mn., and Paula Vickers and husband, Ricky, of Hooks, Tx.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland Dugas Sr. and Erna Clement Dugas Adams; his stepfather, Merloin “Barney Adams”; brother, Chris “Newton” Dugas; and his grandparents, Leonce “Black” and Louise Dugas and Pete and Rose Clement.
He was buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
