Roland Earl “Buddy” Guin Jr., 52, a native of Houma, La., and a dual resident of Bayou Blue and Algiers, La., died at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010 from complications following surgery.
He is survived by his companion, Kevin Dumont; sisters; Rhonda Lewis and Debra Chaisson; brothers; Luther “Gip” and Steven Guin; nieces, Misty Lewis Theriot, Tracie Chaisson Authement, Stevie Jo and Madison Guin; nephews; Louis “Scooter” Chaisson, Joey and Adam Lewis, Joshua, Jacob and Austin Guin; brothers-in-law, Welton Lewis and Louis Chaisson; and sisters-in-law; Lauren and Lori Guin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland “Tex” and Maxine Wall Guin; and grandparents, Luther and Rosa Lee Wall Weed.
He is buried at Garden of Memories.
