December 20, 2010Roland Martinez, 80, a resident of Kraemer, La., died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Simon Martinez; daughters, Sandra (Anthony) and Lana (George) Cortez, and Jan (Lynn) Hoggatt; brother, Harold Martinez Sr.; sisters, Esther Rougee and Iris Scioneaux; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lazin and Eurona Larousse Martinez; and stepmother, Virges Martinez Becnel.
He is buried at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church Cemetery in Kraemer.
