Lafourche permit office tries to stymie
April 21, 2011Roland “Tireman” Price, 66, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, April 10, 2011.
Mr. Price was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He was a former member of St. Joseph Masonic Lodge No. 15 of Thibodaux. He was also a proud employee of Goodyear for 45 years and his hobbies included gardening and helping others.
He is survived by his daughters, Dayna Price and Juanita Johnson; sons, Kenneth (Sharon) and Alfonzo Johnson and Tyler Francis; sisters, Shirley Ross, Geraldine Young, Linda Meads, Shelia Price and Carol (Wilbert) Robinson; brothers, Raymond (Doris), Nolan (Jan) and Lonnie Price; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Sr. and Eldora Price; two brothers, Henry Jr. and Charles Sr. Price; and two sisters, Audrey Sherman and Cora Lee Garner.
He is buried at St Peter Baptist Church Cemetery. (Kennedy)
