Roland Joseph Toups, 75, a native of Lockport, La., and a resident of Theriot, La., died at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010.
Mr. Toups was a member of the Knights of Columbus #8779. He was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Toups; sons, Glenn and Carl Toups; daughters, Linda LeBeouf and Susan Alario; brother, Henry Toups; sister, Anna Falgout; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, and 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, at Chauvin Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Eloi Catholic Church with burial at Holy Savior Cemetery.
