Public input sought on state’s coastal plan
August 8, 2011Ruby Faye Blanchard Simoneaux, 74, a native of Assumption Parish, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 10:45 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, David Simoneaux; son, David Simoneaux Jr.; daughters, Suzanne Achee, Mary Boudreaux, Nancy Ordoyne and Jane Montgomery; brother, Ernest Blanchard Jr.; sisters, Barbara Guillot, Elaine Adolph and Peggy Cupit; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Jr. and Ruby Blanchard; and son-in-law, Johnny Achee. (Thibodaux)
