Sharon Chiasson Morvant, 62, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Thursday, February 2, 2017.
Mrs. Morvant was a teacher for the Lafourche Parish School Board for more than 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, scrapbooking and traveling.
She is survived by her son, Drew (Joy) Morvant; daughter, Frannie (Ben) Guillot; parents, Ernest and Madlyn Chiasson; brothers, Bradley and Michell (Dawn) Chiasson; sister, Chelsea (Bernie) Clement; and two grandchildren.
Buria is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Chackbay.
