Local team takes home NHRA team title
November 20, 2012Starla “Honey” Mire, 52, a native of Schriever, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, James Mire; daughters, Michelle Blanchard and Jessica Boudreaux; stepdaughter, Cindy Marcel; stepson, Steven Mire; and brother, John Knight.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Maudine Knight. (Falgout)
