April 8, 2010Stephen James Punch, 52, a native of Lockport, La., and former resident of New Orleans, La., and Phoenix, Ariz., died Thursday, March 25, 2010, in a tragic motorcycle crash on Carefree Highway in Phoenix.
A self-employed technology consultant, Mr. Punch graduated in 1975 from Central Lafourche High School. He played defense for the Trojans’ football team. An avid LSU and Saints football fan, he enjoyed cooking and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by one daughter, Angelle Marie Punch; mother, Beatrice Hargis Punch; brother, Marlon (Lynette) Punch; and sister, Rhonda (James) Zarzycki.
He is buried at Holy Savior Cemetery.
