Ta-Tanshia Carbin, 31, a resident of Morgan City, La., and native of Lafayette, La., died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2011.
She is survived by her mother, Orelia deGraffenaried; father, Alvin Robinson Sr.; brothers, Lawrence Carbin, and Alvin Jr. and Eris Robinson; sisters, Tanishia Gray, Latonya deGraffenariede and Ninette Williams; a host of uncles, aunts, relatives and friends; and her Godparents, Olanda Gray and Gillis Carbin Sr.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rose and Sylvester Carbin Sr.
She is buried at Morgan City Cemetery. (Jones)
