Tanner Michael Guidry, infant, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012.
He is survived by his parents, Eric and Lauren Guidry; brother, Thomas Guidry; and grandparents, Keith and Patsy Guidry and Tommy and Daphne Guidry.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off with burial to follow at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
