Terry "Satch" Falcon

Terry “Satch” Falcon, 56, departed his earthly home to live in glory at 10:10 p.m. Monday, August 4, in the arms of his loving wife, JoAnn, and surrounded by family and many friends.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 37 years, JoAnn Falcon; three sons, Eric John, Blake Thomas and Dusty James Falcon; two granddaughters, Kylee Jo and Alora Blake Falcon; his mother, Joyce Lagrange Falcon; one brother, Uhry Falcon Jr.; and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Uhry Falcon Sr.; his paternal grandparents, Cleveland and Modeste Falcon; his maternal grandparents, Loney and Auska Lagrange; his father and mother-in-law, Gerald and Joyce Hebert; his paternal grandparents-in-law, Arthur and Gertrude Hebert; and maternal grandparents-in-law, George and Inez Landry.

“Satch Breezy” was loved by family and friends and was free spirited. He was the type of person always with a smile who could always make the saddest person smile. He loved his camping trips and teaching his kids to cook. He was a former truck driver.

Pallbearers will be Kevin “Wino” Sevin, Herman “PeePee” Daigle, Darryl Gautreaux, L.J. Theriot, Tommy “Chun” Blanchard and Wilton “Tilt” Breaux.

Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, August 7, at Community Worship Center in Paincourtville, La. Services will be at the worship center, with burial at St. Philomena Catholic Church Cemetery in Labadieville, La.

Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
