The Rev. Chester “Teet” White, 59, a native of Boudreaux Canal, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 4:45 p.m., Friday, Feb. 19, 2010.


He is survived by sons, Stephen White, Jamie McIntoch and Lance Trahan; daughters, Rebecca Jones, Bethany White and Dana Trahan; brothers, Jackson Sr. and Charles White Sr., and Junius, Leo and Walter LeBouef; sisters, Vera Landry, Debra White, Angelina Smith, Tina Dardar and Helen Smith; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Sr. and Velma Gautreaux White; brothers, Howard Jr. and Timothy White; and sister, Patty Robichaux.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
