Thelma Robichaux Naquin, 88, a native of Bourg, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012.
Mrs. Naquin was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She retired as a ward clerk for Terrebonne General Medical Center then became a loving caregiver for the elderly for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Harold) LeBoeuf and Jo Ann Porche; son, Roy Naquin Jr.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Naquin Sr.; parents, John and Alice Robichaux; brothers, Essie, Wilson, Leon, Edward and Irvin Robichaux; and sisters, Lena Brunet, Gertrude Price, Beatrice and Cynthia Robichaux, Allie Bonvillain and Louise Jones.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. (Chauvin)
