Thomas Eugene Bourg, 60, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, May 14.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Bourg of Baton Rouge, La.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Francis Bourg Sr. and Wilma Rhodes Bourg; and brothers, Robert Francis Bourg Jr. and Philip John Bourg.
He was a retired schoolteacher with Ellender High School and a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. He will be buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
