Kiwanis keeping youngsters warm this winter

Tracy John Chaisson, 55, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La. and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 11:25 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11, 2006.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday at Montegut Fire Station and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in Dugas Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Adams Chaisson of Chauvin; two daughters, Cassie L. Theriot and husband, Craig Theriot Jr., of Bourg, La., and Keisha L. Foret and husband, Craig Foret, of Chauvin; his grandparent, Delied Billiot; one brother, Gordan Chaisson of Montegut, La.; three sisters, Dinah Cambliss of Georgia, Debbie Gauthier of Houma and Stacey Boudreaux of Lafayette, La.; and two grandchildren, Colby Theriot of Bourg, La. and Alex Foret of Chauvin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alcide Chaisson and Virginia Billiot Chaisson; one daughter, Melissa Lynn Chaisson; and his grandparents, Alcide Chaisson and Virginia Chaisson.
