Velma C. Guidry, 79, a native of Des Allemands, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 8:45 p.m Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Guidry and Mark Allen Guidry; daughter, Margie Richerson; brother, Clarence Chatagnier; sisters, Margie Wicks, Lucy St. Romain and Audrey Mae Landry; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marc J. Guidry; parents, Adam and Rose Pellutto Chatagnier; one brother, Harry Chatagnier Jr.; and two sisters, Rosemary Eschete and Margeurite Chauvin.
She is buried at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
