Verna “Tillie” Tindall, 91, a native of Purvis, Miss., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, May 23, 2011.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce Levron; many nieces and nephews; and her niece and caregiver, April Levron Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Sallie Poyner Swan; brothers, Aryie, Ebb, L.C. and E.J. Swan; and sisters, Etta Stringer, Vie Crider and Velma Smith.
She is buried at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Purvis. (Falgout)
