Walter “Sonny” Domingue, 73, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010.
Mr. Domingue loved camping and traveling with his family and friends. He retired from State Police Troop C as a communications specialist II.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Maronge Domingue; sons, Ricardo (Tammy), Duke, Curt and Cal (Beth) Domingue; daughters, Lisa Domingue, Dayle (Mark) Lorraine and Denise (Brandon) Rehage; brother, Tommy (Jackie) Domingue; mother-in-law, Cleon Maronge; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Nettie Babin Domingue; paternal grandparents, Armintine Bergeron and Joida Domingue; and his maternal grandparents, Adelle Authement and Auresttile Babin.
He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
