Walton Thomas Gautreaux, 88, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Sanchez Gautreaux; sons, Kenneth Sr. and Joey Gautreaux; daughter, Debbie Cenac; nine grandchildren, Kenneth Jr., Sheldon, Billy, Logan Sr., Kristen and Kara Gautreaux, Timmy Sanders, and Tyler and Briana Cenac; and six great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Sheldon Jr., Britney, Justin, Logan Jr. and Robyn Gautreaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Sr. and Roselia Trahan Gautreaux; brothers, Easton, Neaston, Lawrence Jr., Houston and Elton Gautreaux; and sisters, Edna Gautreaux, Rita Bourg, Veola Lapeyrouse, and Eleola Bergeron.
He is buried at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. (Chauvin)
