State’s higher-education plot line is very predictable

Werlyon “Dub” England, 65, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010.

Mr. England was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired employee of Getty Oil Company.


He is survived by his daughter, Carly (Loronzo) McClay; son, Brandon Johnson; brothers, Jubel (Vera) and Branard (Toni) England, and Ruben (Nicki) Brown; two grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 at Williams & Southall Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be Monday, Nov. 7 at Port Hudson National Cemetery in Port Hudson, La.
