Woodrow Robert Gisclair Sr., 91, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010.


Mr. Gisclair worked as a trawler, an oysterman and was co-owner of Two Sisters Clothing Store. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He loved spending time with his family, fishing and wood-working.


He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Odette Gisclair; daughter, Kathy (Eric) Songy; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Interment was at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Golden Meadow.
