Thibodaux church finds its place after 10-year expansion
January 12, 2010Yvonne W. Ross, 49, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009.
Mrs. Ross was Baptist and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Ross; sons, Gilbert Moses Jr. and Ernest (Nadia) Ross; daughter, Tyranekia (Ryan) Williams; brothers, Keith (Connie) and Thomas Williams; sisters, Elda Lynn (Ernest) Williams and Marzette (Freddie) Bolden; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Sr. and Rosemary Ross Williams; and grandparents, Charlie and Ethel Ross, and Benny and Rosie Jackson Williams.
Mrs. Ross is buried at Southdown Cemetery.
Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
