October 6, 2011Zoe Rita Sevin Nelton Beams, 75, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011.
Ms. Beams was a member of God’s House of Refuge Church in Chauvin.
She is survived by her children, Riley (Roxanne) Nelton, Anna (Ted) Elliott, Linda Soudelier and Telesia (Dale) LeCompte; brother, Henry Sevin; sisters, Theresa (Elmore Sr.) Nelton, Janell (Caroll) Voisin, Annalee Authement, Gloria (Nome) Neal, Genevieve Bourg, Betty Sevin and Eva (Roy) Roberts; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Onazip and Agnes Sevin; son, Eleary Nelton; and brothers, Norris and Nac Sevin Sr.
Burial was at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Chauvin. (Chauvin)
