Almus “Jay” Joseph Foret, Jr., 70, a native and resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Holy Savior Little Church, Lockport, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Toby Foret (Sandra); daughter, Joni White (Ronald); grandchildren, Erica Foret, Madison Cavalier, Emmi Cavalier and Shaylon Scully; great granddaughter, Aria Ezell; brother, Wayne Foret and sister, Mary Cox.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Ledet Foret; parents, Almus Foret, Sr. and Emma Parr Foret and brother, Bruce Foret.
Jay enjoyed riding his Harley and Hot Rods. He also enjoyed his remote boat, airplane and car.
