Beverly Ann Cantrelle Brunet

Beverly Ann Cantrelle Brunet, 72, a native of Lafitte, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Chauvin Funeral Home in Dauphine Chapel from 5pm until 8pm. Visitation will resume on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 9am until the Celebration of Life at 10am. Burial will follow in Grace Christian Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Beverly is survived by her daughter, Karen Brunet Moore (Daniel); brothers, Roland Cantrelle, Sr. (Ruby) and Glenn Cantrelle (Darla); grandchildren, Coby Moore, Dakota Moore, Dillion Brunet (Brittany), Jaci Brunet, Chloe Brunet, and Kristen Benham (Derrick); great-grandchildren, Ryker Brunet, Annabelle Coon, and Aivyn Benham.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan J. Cantrelle, Sr. and Della Mary Perrin Cantrelle; son, Rodney “Chuney” Paul Brunet, Jr.; daughter, Dawn Marie Brunet; and brother, Nolan Joseph Cantrelle, Jr.

Beverly enjoyed a simple life and was a simple woman. She found joy and beauty in the small things in life. She enjoyed staying close to home and close to her family. She will be deeply and dearly missed by all those who had the honor to know and love her.

Family would like all who attend Beverly’s Celebration to come comfortably! Beverly wasn’t one to get worked up over appearances!
