Bret Micheal Phillips, Sr. 32, a native and resident of Dulac, was called home on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
Bret was a loving father, son, brother and friend. In his life, Bret was a genuine soul. If you got to truly know him, you were lucky to have such humility and devotion in your life. He was always willing to help and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Bret would do all that he could to bring joy to his children, nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his children, Braelyn, Kendalyn, Briella, and Bret, Jr.; step- children, Kami and Raelyn; mother, Rebecca Phillips-Parfait; brothers, Leslie “Tom” Lodrigue, Thomas, “Teej” Parfait; sisters, Lesleyann “Les” Phillips, Alexa Noelle, and Anna Parfait; and many godchildren, nieces and nephews.
Bret is preceded in death by his father, Leslie “Tommy” Parfait; sister, Janell Phillips; maternal grandparents, Thelma and Morris Phillips; and paternal grandparents, Mary Fazzio Parfait Dupre and Murphy Parfait, Sr.
Services are pending at this time.
