Eldon Anthony Theriot, also known as “Ray Lou from Bayou Blue” 70, passed away on September 29, 2021.
A visitation will be held in his honor on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park, Gray, Louisiana from 3:00 pm until the Funeral Service at 5:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Monday. October 11, 2021, at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery, Bayou Blue, Louisiana at 10:00 am.
He is survived by his sisters; Marion T. Trosclair, and husband, David, Sr., Marie “Louise” Malbrough, Debra M. McCurry and husband, Jimmy Sr., Cindy T. Cameron and husband, Bennie, Cheryl Theriot, Karen T. Lajaunie and husband, Keenan; brothers, Johnny Theriot, Junuis Malbrough Jr., Louis Malbrough Sr., Steven Malbrough and wife, Jenny, and Darrell Theriot Sr.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Liner T. Malbrough and step father, Junuis Malbrough Sr.; father, Charles Theriot; brothers, Vincent Malbrough Sr. and Larry Theriot.
He had several God children; Steven Malbrough Sr., Thomas Matiana, David Trosclair Jr. and Jimmy McCurry Jr. He had many nieces and nephews and great-great one too.
He was a good and giving person and always friendly too. He will be sadly missed.
