Merle was a loving husband and father. He was a great man who blessed many. Merle was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and a longtime outstanding member of the Knights of Columbus, council 7355 and a Sir Knight of Fr. Vanderbilt Assembly. He was the chief chef for many years and always had the best interest of the council at heart. Anyone who knew Merle, knew that he was a man of God. He was also one of the first altar boys when St. Bernadette Parish was established. He loved to hunt, fish, travel, but mostly he loved to cook for his family and friends.

Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Merle Kraemer.
