Rosetta Chatagnier, 87, a native of Berwick, LA and resident of Houma, LA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, December 22, 2023.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kim Waldrup and husband, Kenneth, and Kelly Boudreaux and husband, Craig; honorary daughter, Marlene Michel; three granddaughters, Klaire Derish and husband, Chris, Kristen Graves, and Khloe Ransbottom and husband, Steven; great-grandson, Dylan Derish; and sister, Myra Voclain.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Chatagnier Jr.; parents, Peter and Mary Bernadou; and two sisters, Mildred Stratton and Niese Chaisson.
Rosetta enjoyed flowers, gardening, and animals. She was an excellent cook and hostess for family events. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 78 years.
A private graveside service will be held for family and friends.
