Terry Luke Daigle, Sr., 71, died Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 4:25 AM. Born May 16, 1952 he was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023 from 9:00 AM until service time at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM at the church with burial following at Saint Joseph Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Jerry Ann Thibodaux Daigle; daughter, Nicole A. Daigle; son, Terry L. Daigle, Jr.; grandchild, Kaylee L. Daigle; brothers, Darrell Daigle, Gilbert “Joe” Daigle, Jr., Lloyd Daigle, Sr., Robert “Bobby” Daigle, Sr., Roland Daigle, Sr., Gerald Daigle; and sister, Linda Daigle Gros.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Harold Daigle Sr. and Lucille Azelia Boudreaux Daigle; and brothers, Leroy Daigle, Merlin Daigle, Sr., and Murphy Daigle; sister, Deborah “Debbie” Daigle; grandparents, Cecilia and Charles Boudreaux, Eglantine Bergeron Daigle and Charles E. Daigle; in laws, Irene Thibodaux and Reynold H. Thibodaux, Sr.
Terry was a devoted, hard worker for approximately 40 years at McDermott, Inc. After retirement his enjoyments were building and working in his yard/home with his dog “Luke”.
Ordoyne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
