Credentials:

East Thibodaux Middle School basketball player Jade Triggs wants to be like her big sister on the basketball floor. If recent statistics are any indication, she’s getting closer and closer every day. Triggs is the younger sister of Thibodaux High School standout Jewel – the dominant, college-bound guard who has already inked a scholarship with George Mason. But little sister has got some game, too. She recently scored 11 points for the Lady Spartans, including three, 3-pointers to help her team. Away from the floor, Jade is a solid student who has eyes on becoming a physical therapist as an adult.
