The Southwestern Athletic Conference officially made the decision at a meeting today to postpone all fall sports.
Their football season will now be in the Spring.
Locally, Grambling State University and Southern University are a part of the SWAC conference. The two schools famously meet up each year for the Bayou Classic rivalry.
