Thibodaux/Destrehan game postponed to Saturday

Today’s rains have forced the postponement of a high-stakes local prep football game.

Thibodaux’s contest with Destrehan has been moved back 23 hours – from tonight at 7 p.m. to tomorrow at 6 p.m., according to the Tigers’ official Twitter page.

The forecast for tomorrow is clear after sun-up, which should allow the game to go off without a hitch.
