Alberta Toups Boveland, 95, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana, died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at Ferncrest Manor in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Mrs. Boveland is survived by sons, George (Celina) Love Jr., Kenneth Bell, Gerald, Wilson (Catherine), Larry (Gail) and Hezekiah Boveland; sister-in-law, Dorothy Wheaton; and a host of other relatives.
Burial at Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Johnson Ridge, Thibodaux.
