Anita Mae Thibodaux, 73, a native of St. James, La., and resident of Choctaw, La., died on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
Mrs. Thibodaux loved cooking for family gatherings. She was proud of her Punch Bowl Cake and how she maintained her house.
She is survived by her children, Donna (Floyd) Becnel, Cheryl (Roland) Pitre, Amanda (Bruce) Molaison, Greta (Ronnie) Rose, Danelle (Donald) Zuvich, Janelle (Troy) Ordoyne and Jason Thibodaux; brothers, John Jr., Harry, Clovis and Lester Tabor; sisters, Lena Falgout, Doris Becnel, Rosemary Verdin, Theresa Thibodaux, Mary Babin and Annie Huynh; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
