Saints look to avenge 2-straight losing seasons

Anna Porche Richard, 93, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
Mrs. Richard was a cook in the Terrebonne Parish school system, and she loved sewing, crafts, playing solitaire and spending time with loved ones.
She is survived by her daughters, Claudette (Raymond) Dupre and Cindy (Kurt) Fakier; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Burial is at Holy Rosary Mausoleum in Houma.
