Audrey Thomas Culbreath, 62, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Crossett, Ark., died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.


Mrs. Culbreath was a caregiver as a certified nursing assistant and later as a licensed practical nurse. She was an advocate for the Neglected and Abused Children Association.

Mrs. Culbreath is survived by her husband of 12 years, Clarence Culbreath Sr.; daughter, Dr. Sharvelle Jones; sons, Jonathan (Crystalin) Jones and Clarence Culbreath Jr.; parents, Ola Mae and Early Thomas; brothers, Rodney (Emma), Paul (Barbara), Wayne, Kerry, Curtis and Carl Thomas; sisters, Gwendolyn (Ricky) Sylvester, Paulette (Floyd) Sewire and Patricia (Claude) Baptise; and grandchildren, Traeyvon Joens and Chase Culbreath.

Burial is at Lafourche Crossing Cemetery.
