Barnie Joe Brinson, 94, a native of Homer, La., and Lockport, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died on Monday, June 20, 2016.
Mr. Brinson enjoyed coin collecting, fishing and his U.S. Navy memorabilia.
He is survived by his children, Linda (Buddy) Williams and Scott Brinson; three grandchildren; and great-grandchild (plus one on the way.
Burial is at Cheramie Cemetery.
