Benny Francis Musso, 74, a native of New Orleans, La., and former resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Thursday, August 10, 2017.
Mr. Musso was a retired captain of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, client executive for Tyler Technologies and Marketing Consultant for Correct Health. He was in the Tiger Band at LSU for five years and the tiger mascot for four football seasons. He loved golf, photography, piloting small plans, travel, wine, cooking, entertaining, gardening and LSU sports.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Ragusa Musso; daughter, Cindy (Tommy) Leaber; brother, Robert (Daralee) Musso; and two grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
