Burt LeRoy Beach, 84, a native of Dixon, Ill., and resident of Houma, La., died on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
Mr. Beach was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and believed in giving to his community. He enjoyed watching the White Sox, hunting, and learning about history.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marilyn Salzmann Beach; children, Amy (Mark) Lesniewski, Penny (Bret) Cuneo, Edward (Jonn) Beach and Melody (Jason) Lipner; sister, Mary Spinden; and seven grandchildren.
Burial is at a later date.
